KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Bhd (MIDF) has appointed Datuk Mohd Nasir Alias as an independent non-executive director and chairman of MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd effective Aug 17.

In a statement, MIDF said Nasir has served as a director of MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd since August 2019.
